How long does the delivery take?

Delivery within Malaysia - 1-3 business days
Delivery out of Malaysia - 6-11 business days

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

 What online payment methods are available?

We provide two payment methods for your convenience. Versatile Paypal, and GHL Payments for the convenience of our local customers (Malaysians).
GHL PAYMENTS : Online Banking, Credit and Debit Card
PAYPAL : Credit and Debit Card.

How do I pay with a different currency?

During checkout, PayPal will provide the service of currency exchanging. PayPal will provide (2) options:
(1) Currency exchange through PayPal's currency exchange rate.
(2) PayPal will use your bank's service of their own specific currency exchange rate.

 When will I receive a confirmation of my order?

You will receive an order confirmation instantly after your purchase. However, please remember to check your junk mail as these are system emails and might have been filtered out depending on your email provider.

When will I receive a tracking number for my order?

"Your product has been shipped" confirmation email will be sent once we process the order for shipping. Your tracking number will be included in this.

I can't add my debit/credit card to Paypal?

If you can't add a debit or credit card, please contact your local bank provider regarding this issue. Note, HSBC credit cards appear to have this issue more frequently than others.

I have an error with my payment for PayPal. How can I fix it?

If you are receiving the message from PayPal stating ‘This transaction couldn’t be completed. Please redirect your customer to PayPal’, the reason may be that your card details are already associated to a current PayPal account. PayPal rejects any guest checkout card details affiliated to a current PayPal account to prevent fraud. PayPal is a highly secure payment platform that will not allow any misleading payments such as stolen billing details.

How do I wash my MV apparel?

For best results, we recommend hand washing with cold water. Avoid high heat when drying, and hot water when washing.

Can I iron my MV apparel?

Yes you may! However, please do not iron the printing as the material used for the printing is highly valuable. Ironing the prints may affect the status of it.

What is the MVFAM?

MVFAM is a community which Modern Vision has worked extremely hard to establish. MVFAM which stands for Modern Vision Family, is a community of like-minded individuals who share the same vision that Modern Vision has instilled. The MVFAM is a platform where everyone is free to learn and adapt from one another despite our different backgrounds.  How fast will my emails be replied?
